Shizen Energy issues “SDGs Support Private Placement Bonds” – Make donations from Resona Bank to SDGs related organizations through issuing the bonds

Shizen Energy Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Shizen Energy”) issued the 4th unsecured corporate bond “SDGs Support Private Placement Bonds” which Resona Bank, Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Resona Bank”) is an underwriter as of September 25, 2019.
The financing amount by issuing the bonds will be applied to the operating funds for the development of new businesses for renewable energy power generation.

The system of this “SDGs Support Private Placement Bonds” is to support to achieve SDGs by Resona Bank contributes 0.1% of the total issued amount to SDGs related organizations.

Shizen Energy has the corporate philosophy as “We Take Action for the Blue Planet” and aims to realize 100% renewable-powered planet through PV power generation, wind power generation, and small hydropower generation businesses. Based on this philosophy, we have selected SDGs Civil Society Networks as a beneficiary which currently 110 organizations join, with aiming to achieve the goal of “a sustainable society that no one will be left behind” as set forth by SDGs.

Shizen Energy will continue to pursue further business and build a sustainable society through co-creation with various partners.
