Tokyo offices will shorten their business hours to 10:00-17:00 due to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19)
We would like to announce that we have decided to shorten business hours for both of our Tokyo offices (FUJI and ICHIGO) to protect guests and our staffs from the new coronavirus (COVID-19) infection.
■Period
March 2nd, 2020, Mon – March 31st, 2020, Tue.
* This may change with the situation of the outbreak.
■Office business hours
10:00～17:00（Weekdays, closed for weekends and national holidays)
*Usual hours are 9:00~18:00.
■Other changes
- Reception hours for representative calls will change to 10:00-17:00 on weekdays. For non-business hours, please kindly note that our call reception is operated by record calls.
- Reception hours for postal and delivery services will change to 10:00-17:00 on weekdays.
Business hours of other offices (other than FUJI, ICHIGO) remain the same. (as of February 28th,2020)
