Winter holiday office closure
We at Shizen Energy Group thank you for your continued support and patronage.
Our offices will be closed from December 28th to January 3rd.
The following O&M services will be provided by JUWI Shizen Energy Operation during the winter holidays:
- monitoring of the operational status of each power plant
- emergency response at each power plant
- support for curtailment instructions from utility companies
In the event of an emergency, such as a communication from the utility company or chief electrical engineer, please contact the Remote Monitoring Center at the phone number or e-mail address we have provided in advance.
For other inquiries received during the holiday period, we will reply from Thursday, January 4th onwards.
