juwi Shizen Energy Operation Announces Change of Director and Capital Increase

juwi Shizen Energy Operation Inc. (jSEO) announces that Yuko Ishikawa has become Director, replacing Ken Isono, Director, effective from August 15, 2022.

After graduating from university, Yuko joined Takenaka Civil Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. and has served in positions such as Managing Executive Officer and Director/Senior Managing Executive Officer.

jSEO has also decided to increase its capital from a portion of retained earnings to 20 million yen in order to obtain a Special Construction Business License for future business expansion. 2023 is the target year for obtaining the license.

jSEO has specialized in O&M (operation and maintenance) of renewable energy power plants since 2013, and has provided world-standard O&M services at more than 100 solar and wind power plants throughout Japan. In recent years, jSEO has focused on strengthening its organizational structure, and by May 2022, has achieved 897 MW in cumulative contracts, with the goal of achieving 1 GW by the end of 2022. Moving forward, jSEO aims to obtain a Special Construction Business License in order to provide a wider range of services to power plant owners, including maintenance works and repair works.  

With the PURPOSE of “We take action for the blue planet,” jSEO will continue to pursue high-quality O&M services that support the stable long-term operation of renewable energy power plants.
