Shizen International New Executive Structure
Shizen International Inc., a subsidiary of Shizen Energy Inc. that promotes the development and operation of renewable energy power plants in Asia, Oceania and Latin America, announces a change in its executive structure effective July 1, 2024.
Since its establishment in 2020, Shizen International has been developing and operating renewable energy power plants, including solar power plants and wind power plants, in 10 countries and regions outside of Japan. With this change in executive structure, the company aims to further strengthen its operational foundation and expand its business.

Biography of Newly Appointed Executives
Mauricio Rezende
Mauricio joined Shizen in 2022 as CFO for Shizen Brazil. He has 40 years of experience in finance and accounting, 32 of which acting as CFO for multinational organizations. Mauricio brings experience in several sectors, such as trading, logistics, retail, real estate, private equity, telecom and audit in several countries in North and South America, both as an executive and board member. He holds an accounting degree and is a CPA in Brazil.
